Sounds like a low pitched version of my dad’s car, its really really high pitch, but I can hear it all the way in center of the house, they are that bad, but yes, man needs some antifreez.
As it turned out the car’s brakes were frozen and he tried to release it while driving. I’ve updated the post accordingly.
That really doesn’t sound healthy. Time to repair this car…
