The following recording was made in the summer of 2013. Enjoy 6 minutes of cricket chorus from my backyard, captured with an Olympus LS-3 and it’s built-in microphones. While technically not my best setup, it indeed is one of my favorite recordings from this year. Probably because it has been a quite stressful and sad time in my life. Scary how fast the nature has changed over the last 10 years, the cricket chorus is very quiet around our house nowadays.
